I had the pleasure of working with Chris Hefty and his assistant Nancy both went above and beyond on helping me through my case! Made the overall experience I hate to admit this but pleasurable and not as monstrous as I first though it would be!! I highly recommend his services!! Mr Hefty helped me from start to finish in a timely manner!! Beyond Grateful!!
Chris is dishonest and even worse, incompetent. I’ve known Chris for 5+ years and trusted him as a friend but he is not a man of his word and I strongly recommend if you do end up working with him to get everything in writing and to not trust his ‘word’. Chris has also developed a visible tremor and constantly forgets important dates. His assistant Nancy is actually his wife and an especially unpleasant person as well. There are many attorneys in Colorado and I would strongly recommend working with anyone but Chris. I have personally witnessed a superior court judge in 2022 question Chris’ ability to perform as an attorney and despite agreeing with the judge, I mistakenly vouched for Chris because I felt sorry for my friend.
