I was contracted by Alex Rodriguez on 9/18/2017 at 2:14 PM Via Email. I was to Serve a Defendant in Case # 2017DR30726. I performed the Service on the same day 9/18/2017 at 6:55 PM by serving the individual personally. I sent the Return of Service Affidavit and an invoice for my fee of $50.00 on the following day to the Law Office of Sarah E. Bandy Alex Rodriguez. I sent a Late notice reminding them I had not been paid on 10/26/2017 I still had not received payment so on 11/19/2017 I sent a second late notice and advised that if not paid a late fee will be assessed of $25.00. On January 10th 2018 a 3rd reminder notice was sent adding the $25.00. I still have not been paid. This account was sent to collections on 1/25/2018 and I still have not been compensated for my service.
Sarah was such an incredible help to me during my very difficult divorce. I wanted to create the best possible situation for my child and have an outcome that best supported co-parenting with someone who was abusive. She helped make that happen, and she really listens and explains everything and she really cares.
