I hired Brent to write my prenup, and have been fairly disappointed with the level of service I received. He misspelled my name, even though all he needed to do was to copy/paste it from my email, and when I sent him back a note about it with a couple of other revisions, I received the new draft without my name corrected, and not even an apology. It was eventually corrected by Amy, but there was still no apology or even acknowledgement. I also had a couple of clarifying questions that I had to ask multiple times in order to get a response. Brent said he was out of the office (again, no apology or acknowledgement), but there was no out of office reply, so maybe let people know when they should expect a response? I really expected higher level of professionalism and attention to detail from a law firm.
Mr. Warkentine and his associates could not be more recommended. The experience and knowledge is incomparible. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find the best attorney for your family.
