Unfortunately I had to take down my original post about Richard as he threatened to sue me unless I did. I was very disappointed with his service as after paying him $4,000 up front, he ended up putting me in a worst position that I was in before hiring him. In fact I had to hire another lawyer to clean up the mess and of course he did not refund my money. Twice he did not show up to court with one time just flat out forgetting. Would you want to hire someone to help you and when they don’t help and you write a bad review, then they threaten to sue you? There are plenty of lawyers out there, do yourself a favor and find someone else!
