Communication was poor, process was lacking and the overall experience was subpar and extremely unprofessional. I made payment for services for an updated Will in March 2024 (paid thousand’s of $$$). I proceeded to follow up with the company regarding my documents in May, June and twice in July. Had I not reached out, the process would still be ongoing. Documents were finally ready last month, Aug 2024, but it took almost five months (was initially advised would take two months). I cannot and will not recommend Teri Hillard’s company or their legal services going forward.
A few hiccups at the beginning but a solid finish at the end. The documents and care provided at the end of our trust work were excellent.
Terri Hilliard and her team are an outstanding group practicing Estate Law. Terri’s process is very customer oriented and thorough. I have used her services personally and many of my clients have worked with her as well. She handles many aspects of the preparation of your trust and will. I highly recommend her and her team.
