Dan Cantrell is a horrible attorney who uses lies and deceit to defend his clients. He is arrogant and not well liked in the Contra Costa legal community and is very proficient at turning small, simple cases into very expensive fights – to his benefit. Be careful with him, he’s a great salesman who will sell you family an expensive disaster and get you in trouble with the Judical system, and cost you hundred of thousands in the process. It’s the Whiting Fallon Ross business model; doing overly proficient (e.g expensive) work and encourage fighting not settlement. It’ll cost your kids psychological damage for years, which is priceless.
