This Attorney does not do what he says he will do. I called Gary Cornwall in 7/31/2023 and asked him specifically if he could help me that day respond to a Divorce Petition because I had to respond by 7/31/2023 or I would be in default. I told him that is all I wanted. Gary assured me that if I brought $350 Green Cash into his office within one hour, he would make sure that the proper Divorce Response was filed. After I gave Gary my $350 Green Cash, Gary called My Wife’s Attorney to tell her that he was responding on my behalf. The following day, 8/1/23, Gary informed me that if I didn’t pay him an additional $5,000 Retainer Fee immediately, He would not represent me and would not file my Divorce Response, which I had thought he had already filed on 7/31/23. He then proceeded to contact my Wife’s Attorney to notify her that he was no longer representing me. I paid $350 Green Cash and received nothing in return!

Steven Hasegawa (who works in Gary’s office) is incredibly professional. He gets any task completed efficiently while also achieving the best possible outcome. He is courteous, polite, and treats everyone around him with a respect which is reciprocated in my observations.
