I first met Mr. Wood a couple years ago. He has helped me with many legal problems and his knowledge of bankruptcy law is truly impressive. Plus he is a familiar face to the trustees and judges. His team is competent and a pleasure to work with. He will get you through this process which can be agonizing without a professional like Mr. Wood.
I was humbled when I found myself facing foreclosure on my home of nearly 30 years. I had nowhere to turn and even filing for Chapter 13 bankruptcy seemed impossible. However, when I received a flyer from Attorney Vincent Wood, I thought that it must be a sign. Once I got up the courage to call, Vince had provided me with all the answers to my questions and ensured me that he could help me save my home. He was also willing to work with me on upfront fees to make this even possible. He and his team were very knowledgeable and provided me with professional assistance through the whole process. I can’t say enough about them, truly a God send!
I found Mr. Wood on Google. At our first meeting, I explained that I had filed bankruptcy before and that I had not been credited the money I had paid into it. He said he would take care of it, so we went ahead and filed for Chapter 13. There was some extra work that needed to be done as far as accounting. At first he didn’t want to find a professional accountant, but he told me that if I wanted one, he would need more money for the added service. I agreed. After he found an accountant, he did not give me the opportunity to speak to the person and explain the situation I was in with Wells Fargo Bank. He then appeared to become lazy and told me that he just didn’t have time, as he was going through a divorce. He quit one week before my court date, which did not give me enough time to find a replacement. I lost my case thanks to him. He just didn’t want to put in the extra work. Had I known he didn’t have that kind of time, I would’ve hired someone else.
