If I could put zero stars, that would be my selection. Have been going to Daniel Passmore for five years, was very disappointed with the lack of customer service when it came to my 2024 tax return help. Without any notification, he raised my prep fee 150% from the previous year(s). When I inquired about the asinine up-charge, he very smugly said he “does not care if I go someplace else”. The arrogance towards me was horrendous and I will not be using his services anymore.

Great tax services particularly when it comes to complicated trusts. Dan came to the rescue when another tax preparer messed up my return and then refused to fix it. I highly recommend Dan.

Do yourself a favor and continue finding someone else to represent you. I would leave zero stars if the option presented itself. If this individual practices law the same way he sends disgusting hiring messages to “potential” employees, you should look elsewhere. Ethics and morales are not in this individuals vocabulary.
