From the beginning a bad experience.Workmans Comp accumulative injury claim and was told it’s a common claim.The attorneys did not go after all parties.They went after the most recent employer so that employer would bear the expense of all the other employers dragging this out 2 years till the last one finally acknowledged there was a claim.After 6 months of the claim being denied a friend informed me I was eligible for state disability through a lein against the comp case.Not my lawyer but a friend.Cost me 6 months of State Disability as you only get a year.Asked for a referral to a Dr to no avail from my atty and Paid for my own MRI’s ,found my own Dr communicating with Jim’s office the whole time and on some occasions when I had to drive down to Vista because they would not answer the phone.The day of pre surgery visit recieved a call from Amelda stating I had to use a Dr in network with the comp carrier or it would not be reimbursable.Found a Dr in network myself off the list given us to choose my QME Dr a year earlier by them .paid for surgery center,Dr, and Physical therapy myself and Amelda tells me My Dr needs to evaluate me for work release.Bull.The QME Dr needs to evaluate me.Thats on them to schedule with the parties involved.Schedule it.
