I’ve been in a tough custody battle that began in 2019, and after working with three other local family law attorneys, I can say without hesitation that Michael Hatherley and the team at Hatherley Law Firm were by far the best option I’ve come across.
Do NOT Use this law firm unless you want to pay them all your money for NO help, support, or results. 1 year and $12k wasted on a self centered so called attorney. Hatherley does not listen. He does what he wants even though you specifically tell him what you want done. Then, he decides he doesn’t want to represent you anymore because you called him out on it. He’s all talk during the initial consultation making it sound like he has the solutions. He never answers a question, just talks around it while telling you to “stop talking, and listen”.
We went to see Mike Hatherley with guardianship questions and he didn’t disappoint! He listened and calmed many of our fears and answered all our questions! I would definitely recommend their office for any family law questions you might have. I would have gave more than 5 stars if possible. I say don’t hesitate and give them a call.
