I paid victor leos to file the rest of my divorce over a year and a half ago. He told me he filed my default judgment last year and didn’t then after fighting to get a hold of him for months he said he did it. I have been waiting for 6 months to hear from the court about when my divorce will be finalized. I just found out that it again was never filed he had already taken my payment and is not answering my calls or emails.
