They only care about the money. They give hope in the beginning, but drop you the next with no further explanation. Just to take your money. Never meet the lawyers representing you, lack of communication is on both 1 for never getting to know who’s representing you, other than talking to staff in office and relaying messages… 2. Also I would only receive phone calls from the office from administrators assumed I made the payment, I have all receipts! They say lack of communication but in really the office would call only if they suspect the customer missed payments…
