My 74-year-old Mom hired this firm for a worker’s comp case and they have not made any progress and fail to communicate with her. She has reached out several times with no response and she hired the approximately 2 years ago. I considered hiring them before she did, but I saw the red flags and warned her of their incompetence; which she sees and now she regrets it. They are unorganized and unprofessional and look for ways to stretch cases out to make more money instead of taking care of their clients and being professional enough to commicate and respond. I am shocked by all of these 5 star reviews which I believe are paid for. All my Mom wants to know is about the progress on her case and when they will settle.
