Greg Ricks is an amazing attorney, he was very thorough and had to work overtime to correct and memorialize true narratives. He made every court date which were many.
I really enjoyed working with him in 2018-2019 but when I had to work on the next step this year he was nowhere to be found. I found that he is an effective lawyer but is not punctual, never gets back to you in a timely manner or follows through with requests despite asking multiple times via text, email or phone. You will have to constantly follow-up (as if you don’t have your own life and things to do!) It has been completely unacceptable and very frustrating to not be able to get my OWN client file or case # and I’ve been asking for over 2 months! I still do not have a response!!! I do not recommend using him especially if you want any timely response or follow-through. I’m extremely disappointed in the way I’ve been treated over the past 3-4 months and I still do not have what I need from my attorney which should just be a simple email response.
