Worst firm ever, don’t event contact this people, this is just a waste of time, there is a lots of other firms way better than this, don’t waste the time talking to the assistance, they don’t even help at all. I regret being with them.

By far the worst experience. I had a case settled back in 2019. They didnt pay one of my doctors now im being sent to collections and getting a hold of someone is so difficult i live 4 hours away from the office but now need to make the drive, and go speak to someone. Because this matter is un resolved i got a call and someone said dont worry its been paid. But somehow it isnt paid and now im going into collections? Give me a break im so frustrated that now i need to stop doing other things to go do this…
