I was treated poorly by kelso, her staff is very polite but she screamed at me in multiple languages and caused me to hire an attorney to correct her errors.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kate has been disappointing. She has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact her via phone, email, and other means. Her website and phone lines are down, and she has failed to provide me with my case files, which has significantly impacted my legal proceedings. However, I noticed that she liked my previous review within the past week, which suggests she is still active online but choosing not to respond. While I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism, I am also genuinely concerned for her well-being and hope she is okay.
I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Kelso never returned my phone calls or emails and to this date Kelso and a family member have behaved very mysterious and secretive still missing $ 17,000. Would not recommend this establishment to settle Trust. I also want to mention that I was yelled at by ms.kelso on a couple of occasions during 2 phone conversations and it was not a pleasant experience,very unprofessional individual.The relative stole money and drove a wedge between me and some siblings, I carry my father’s name and they can’t take that from me 10 toes on solid foundation.
