Alex Borden is top-notch, the best I know of. I am an attorney, but I hired Alex to litigate a trust dispute and was extremely happy I did. In crunch time, he came up with super persuasive arguments that I hadn’t thought of. If you want the best, hire Alex. Some of the comments are about the pace of the case. We don’t have much control over that. The court crawls along at its own speed. Other comments were about communication. Our experience was good, with prompt updates when requested. I don’t think you can get better than Alex.
This office was appointed by the court as Administrator of my daughters late fathers estate. This office has not kept in communication with her at all. They have not sent out any notices regarding the estate, no return phone calls has left my daughter in a lurch. Linda, the Paralegal has been the rudest person to deal with. Alex Borden has never even return a phone call from my daughter to keep her informed on what is happening.
