Kirby represented me on three different issues. The first being a 4 count felony case involving conspiracy. I was the co-defendant and the other defendant was facing a murder charge in a separate case that eventually was all intertwined into one case. The DA was tough, although I was completely unaware of the other defendants doings at that time and I was innocent of any wrongdoings, they charged me with different multiple serious felony counts of involvement because of my relationship with that defendant on a personal level. Kirby was able to get all the felony charges dismissed and reduced to a single misdemeanor disturbing the peace conviction with minimal plea terms, including only 1yr informal probation.
I sealed and destroyed (factual innocence motion) a arrest record I had for a domestic violence charge in February of 2014. The motion was granted by a Riverside County Superior Court Judge and I can now again pass Level 1 (State & Federal) background checks.
