I had direct involvement with attorney Edward Martinez regarding a claim with insurance company. He was very honest with situation related to my 94 year old mother in law. He was very willing to hold her hand and explain how system worked to finalize claim. He even visited her home to help her with a zoom call with opposing counsel. This all resulted in a positive outcome that all involved were satisfied. I would definitely give him and his office 5 stars review.
Edward is a true professional. He stayed focused during the difficult time of 2 and 1/2 years with the insurance company bullying and ignoring their responsibilities to pay for the damages caused by hurricane Ian. Edward and his team were quick, efficient, responsive, friendly and super helpful with our hurricane claim. Our insurance company initially only paid out a small portion of the damages despite providing quotes, receipts, photos, and eventually bringing in a public adjuster. In fact, the insurance company actually raised our rates and then had the nerve to send us another invoice rather than working to resolve our claim. We settled on an amount that covered the almost all of our damages/expenses within 6 months.
