Rosario has been extremely helpful. She was able to work with and collect HOA delinquencies that we’ve worked collection efforts on unsuccessfully for years! This is our Association’s first time working with Witkin & Neal but we will go nowhere else! Rosario walked us through the debt collecting process, step by step and document by document.
