I was getting a lot of text that said “How are you feeling?” as if the person who was trying to get me to sign actually cared about my injury but it was just them trying to convince me to sign. I told him that I might be going with a different firm just those messages from coming and a week later I had decided to sign with them so I reached back out only to get my texts and calls ignored. Looking back, it was for the best that I did not sign that retainer because they’re just there to tell you what you want to hear before you sign, their hidden fees are high and it’s not sure that you will get any attention after you sign that agreement which will allow them to make more money on the case than you will receive for your pain and suffering. Also, be careful with their reviews. While they claim to have great ratings, most of those reviews are from their previous practice—which was parking tickets, not personal injury cases.
