My experience with Sperling Law Firm was back in 2014 and I had submitted a review on another forum that was as honest and exact as could be. I just ran across Sperling Law Firm and judging by the reviews, seems like same old criminals under a new business name. It is just a shame that people like this are allowed to practice law and present themselves as caring individuals. They might practice law on paper, but their business model from my experience was designed to slowly bleed the client dry. Here is my July 28, 2014 post→”Poor customer service, because you will only interact with an attorney during the initial consultation, where they portray a family atmosphere, after that you will deal with the receptionist, She is very nice, but not an attorney, which explains all the errors in preparing declarations. And yes, the retainer is nothing more than money in their pocket, considering when I asked for a bill summary I received fictitious charges, and overcharges, which later after 3 months of asking for an explanation, were “credited” back to me. In 7 months they took $7000 dollars before I realized they are con artists, and incompetent. We went to court only once, and some attorney I never met showed up to fill in?? The custody declaration had the wrong child’s name and court case. It was so embarrassing I couldn’t wait to get out of the court room.
Loser law firm. They tried and they failed,so they had to abandon my case. They convinced me that I was going to win, but they knew from the start that it was a losing battle. I also didn’t agree to their illegal tactics to try to win. In the end it all backfired on us and we lost everything. Do you want this to happen to you?
If you choose this criminal law firm, be prepared to lose your case and all of your money, as they fool you into thinking that you will win. I have personal experience in dealing with this law firm and I would NEVER recommend this law firm. The positive y-e-l-p reviews are all internally generated and fake, and the platform hides all the negative reviews. These negative reviews on here are all authentic as it confirms my experience with this law firm.
