Ernestine Fields was appointed a Minors Council for my daughter of 4 years old and my stepdaughter who was 9 during my wife and I’s divorce. Immediately upon her appearance, I could see blatantly that she was taking the side of mom and was not staying unbiased and protecting our daughters. It only took one court appearance in a handful of her emails to show how biased she was and protecting the mother. Years later, now my daughters are 20 and 25 and they tell me of horrific stories of being with their mom and Ernestine covering the lies. Ernestine is an older woman who means well, but she cannot see the tree through the forest, she is an opinionated and unlawful Attorney towards children. Ernestine has to be right all the time even if it’s not in the best interest of the child.
