After reviewing my case and several others evidence shows that this attorney has shown to be biased. After hearing from other parents and my experience with Diane Vargas it’s evident that she’s not thoroughly trained to recognize Malicious Parents Syndrome and Attachment Based Parental Alienation. She failed to ask my daughter very important questions like; did you ask your mom if you could stay longer with your dad? Of which my daughter asked several times throughout 2018. My daughter was torn between a Malicious mom and her loving father. These attorneys are ridiculously untrained. So many children are not able to have a relationship with their alienated parents usually the father. So much negative evidence for children who have limited or no contact with their father.
