Harold is a horrible attorney do not higher him, do your research and take you’re business some place else. I made the horrible stupid mistake of highering Harold’s and paid him in full up front. I paid him $8000 dollar, after that he avoided my calls, and then years later Harold told me my case was a no go. I knew that Harold was entitled to keep the retainer fee which was $2000 dollars so I requested he return the rest of my money. He refused to return my money so I reported him.
