Brooks Law Office

This was the worst customer service exerience so be warned. I dont know how this guy has a 4.7 star rating. I made an appointment to bring in one of my very best clients to see Mr Brooks. Her husband first tried to kill her in widely publicizexa divorce, which was horrificly embarrasing to her, and then he filed BK on their large estate. She was already devastated and the I made the mistake of entrusting her to Mr Brooks. She needed to know how best to handle his BK filing attack on her. When you go in they have you fill out the worlds largest questionnaire and most of it was not applicable to her circumstance. We mentioned that to the teceptionist. My client was prepared to pay him for his time and expertise. Next thing we know, because his gigantor packet did not apy we were subjected to Mr Brooks having a ridiculous fot more in line with a terrible twos toddler. He insulted my client and made her feel even worse than she already felt and then basically kicked us out of his office for no earned reason unless entrusting him with your life is reason. I was blown away at the lack of care and professionalisnm. This Jon Brooks person could have also cared less about her value to me as one of my very best clients in 30 years. He embarrassed me in the worst possible way. She would have been a great paycheck to him had he had any insight other than his unearned ego. I was horrified that this lack of service even existed pretty much by mankind. I felt sorry for the receptionist having to do his bidding. He is absolutely the worst person you can approach with your precious personal data. How on earth this tantrum throwing rude and unprofessional person can have any good ratings is beyond me.
