Doesn’t respond to emails/phone, his voicemail directs you to his email where he’ll ignore you. If you’re contacting him to resolve an issue with Coinbase, don’t waste your money. I got my account unlocked without him or any other lawyers. Just file a CFPB complaint, within 20 days Coinbase fixed my issue.
If you’re new to cryptocurrency‘s here is some good information. I believe all platforms do not have a live customer service person that you can call. So any queries have to get submitted through and an email and the response time is awful… They must be so backlogged. I hired Daniel and my problem was resolved within a week. If anyone is experiencing any problem with their crypto account ….This is the guy to call. Can’t say enough good things about him. Daniel was very responsive and works around the clock . I had called a few attorneys in NY that said they were experienced dealing with Coinbase but I couldn’t get a straight answer . So fortunate to have found Daniel !
