I am so grateful for everything they have done to represent and support me and wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides Cohen and Blitz because of the incredible experience I have had working with them.
My work comp case was pushing towards two yrs old with three other Attorneys advising me “based upon the facts and medical reports/findings in your case this case should’ve been closed and settled over 1 year ago”….Needless to say I changed attorneys and “sooooo” glad I did!! My case was closed and settled in just over 6 months, and the settlement $ amount was SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER then Scott Cohen..dba Cohen & Blitz informed me what settlements typically pay in cases like mine!! Scott is a personable gentlemen, but other then that he’s not very proactive, wants the client to resolve issues with the assigned doctors if you have any, and I always had to “claw” legal answers and guidance out of him on a regular basis. Simply, Scott Cohen projected a Service Professional who is knowledgeable, minimal communication, and seemingly complacent in his profession after practicing all these years!! He was a referral, but even referrals don’t yield positive results in the legal profession!! If you want results in a timely and reasonably manner, without having to “claw” for legal guidance, I would recommend definitiely “PASS” on Cohen & Blitz for legal representation in a Workers Compensation Injury Case!!
Let me start by saying that I have been a client of this office for more than 15 years. That alone should tell you that quality that has longevity like that and longer is hard to come by these days. The offices of Cohen & Blitz are some of the most professional lawyers that I have come across that also provide service on a bit more personal level with a better bedside manner so to speak then almost all the other firms that I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I can tell you that if you want to be represented and receive top quality service and actually be a client that feels like they are respected as well as listened to let me give this firm your business as it will probably be one of the best decisions you will make when it comes to finding good representation. I happened to be a client of Robert Blitz and the quality and expertise of the representation that I have received as a client is bar none the best I have had the pleasure of experiencing. These guys get down to business, and they do it in a timely and expedient manner coupled with the fact that they are extremely good at what they do! I will always be Beyond grateful…
