They are horrible at preparing paper work, horrible communication. Go somewhere else I do not recommend
Got their information from the people outside the court house, they made it very promising that they will be able to help out. I scheduled an appointment and the lady even came in for me on Saturday since it was the only day I can, I explained my situation (which I believe I had more then enough evidence to have full custody of my kids, just wasn’t sure how to prepare the paper work) she told me in two weeks she will call me to go over everything and summit paperwork if everything looked good. 2 weeks went by and nothing, I gave it an extra week and then I called I spoke to the young man that answers the phone for them and he explain the person preparing my paper work was out due to a family emergency, but someone else will take over I waited another 2 weeks and he said oh the lady preparing your paperwork is out sick, I mean what you can respond to that? Truly sometimes things do happen but my court hearing was in two weeks. I called everyday every hour and it almost seem like the unplugged their phone. Finally 2 days before my court hearing and I’m desperately calling since I had to summit my paperwork two weeks before the court hearing, the young man tells me if I can go in that day to review the paperwork. I’m at work I decided to leave work since this is very important, I review the paperwork work and it made zero sense. I notified a lady I had never spoke to and she tells me let’s modified it, then I learn the paperwork had already been submitted to the court and served to the other party. I was lost at words knowing that I had more than enough evidence to keep my children safe. Even the lady tells me this is not right and she apologized and told me if I where you I would write a bad review, a worker from there tells me to write a bad review, and laugh and goes unless u win they write us a good one. They made me show up the day of my actual court hearing to pick up my proof of service since they didn’t have it at that time. I lost my custody case. NEVER come here. At the beginning (before paying) they were very attentive but as soon as I payed I lost all contact with them.
