This “lawyer” barely attended any hearings when he did it was via zoom or had another person in his stead. did absolutely nothing for my case. no a single thing.
My husband paid Newhman $5000.00 to handle his divorce. Then Newhman asked for $2000.00 more to handle a 401k and IRA which was to be split between my husband and his ex-wife. The QDRO’S to get the IRA and 401k split and get the $ have not been completed. My husband is terminally ill and Newhman knows this and has not done the work he was paid for. It has been since 2022 and he won’t do the work nor return our money. We have reported him to CA State Law Board and it didn’t bother him. Don’t use this thief!!!! You will regret it!!!!
I found Mr. Newnham is very helpful in a very complicated case. Even though I live on a fixed income, he was able to work with me .
