Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable on the DOJ process and gun law. He helped me square away the issues with DOJ after my denia of theo purchase of a firear, and he was very reasonable on the attorney fees. I now own several firearms.
Lady on the phone on 2 separate occasions was rude and condescending when I was asking questions in regards to purchasing a firearm and on some points refused to answer them. Never spoke to Bruce personally but from this person on the phone alone I’m staying away from this firm.
