When you are 8 and a half months pregnant the last thing you want to worry about it a car accident, especially one caused by someone with no license and no insurance. Thought the accident wasn’t bad, I was still sent to the hospital for an overnight evaluation and car now damaged (not a way to bring home a new baby). I had my baby a week after the accident, induced early because my blood pressure went up trying to manage the stress of the accident, trying to make up missed time at work, and becoming a first time mom. Mr. Kitchin and his staff are INCREDIBLE. I could go on and on about all the good. They did everything, contacted my insurance to get my car fixed, found ways to get my overnight unexpected hospital bill (after the accident) covered without out of pocket expenses, and still got my family and I a settlement (which I did not expect I just wanted my car and hospital bill paid). They made it stress free while I figured out parenthood. Customer service was fantastic, they follow up and communicate well. When visiting their office, you are not just another client or number. They are there for you on a personal level and it makes a huge difference during a stressful and difficult time. Highly recommend!
