Trust me I was in the waiting room as he did so. All you could hear is the desperation of the families attempting to make a change in their loved one’s life. Russell Miller makes a lot of promises. I knew I shouldn’t have believed him back in the day but as a family member of an incarcerated person you want to hear that there is a chance.
