In all honesty, I was debating on whether to share this review or not because I’d hate to besmirch somebody’s business, but this attorney did not give me accurate truthful information so I thought I’d share it with you guys. 2019 going to some trouble Johnny Griffin was my attorney at the time. while going through the pre-trial and everything, this guy assures me that I’m going to have to take a deal that involves ankle monitor and probation for a year, and after my probations up, we can apply for a petition to remove the misdemeanor From my record. Well, it’s been two years now I haven’t been in any trouble since this court case and Mr. Griffin did not keep his word. I’ve called his office probably 20 times letting him know how difficult it is for me to find consistent work and take care of my son with this record hanging over my head I understand people make mistakes and if you do a crime you should be punished for it however, he’s sold me false confidence, and I would’ve took the case to trial. Had I known that this will be the outcome. Now I am a single father, struggling to pay bills all because I believed with this attorney told me. And to make matters worse, my grandmother gave him a lot of money for his retainer so the least you could do is respond to my calls or let me know. why would he told me before is not valid today. I wouldn’t even go as far to say don’t use Mr. Griffin as an attorney because I think he did a good job but I will tell people that if you’re not entirely sure about the process, please do not believe what he’s gonna say foolhardily like me you will be in a terrible position going for it.
