As a current client of Oliver Gutierrez law firm since 2020 in a high conflict divorce and custody battle I can not express enough the professionalism and devotion his law firm upholds from early meetings , weekend meetings or just working late on your case in preparation for court hearings , he present himself accordingly in court very organized and composed I have seen other lawyer walk into court with a lucky shopping bag as for Oliver very profesional has all organized in binder’s and well presented. As for his paralegal I can not thank enough she has been a wonderful supportive asset she is very accessible and has great knowledge in the legal system but also in personal aspect I wouldn’t trust any other law office to handle my case I would greatly recommend Oliver Gutierrez and Astrid Maldonado to handle your court case as well.
My husband hire him for his case. And after moths working with we do not recommend him. Is really hard to contact him. When we signed contract they did answer the phone but now it’s been months and we cannot contact them. We do not know what is the status of my husband case. They do not answer the phone or emails. I strongly do not recommend him.
