I called about a injury I received in physical therapy it would have been okay for the man that answer the phone to just say you don’t have a strong case. I was made to feel like a liar, accused of taking to long to call when I just had obtained the results from my MRI. My doctor thought it was just a sprain when I went in April and didn’t order a MRI until late June and it couldn’t be done until July 5. As I stated it’s okay not to take the case but to say I could have feel out of bed and injured myself is a little harsh. You could try and show some compassion even though you don’t know me I would never accuse someone of harming me if they didn’t. I would never recommend someone to this attorney and have them talked to in this manner I’m 71 years old and don’t have time to accuse people of things they didn’t do.
