I do not recommend Gardella & Gardella. Like another reviewer, I had several bad experiences with Jenifer in which she completely stopped responding to my repeated calls and emails. I am appalled at her lack of courtesy and professionalism and can’t believe she operates her law practice in this manner. She also billed me for an email in which she offered condolences for the passing of my stepfather and simultaneously offered her legal services. I actually tried to hire her for those services but she never followed through with what she offered to do and never communicated with me again and then had the nerve to bill me for an email.
When I first met Jennifer I was impressed. However, I have called her 4 times, leaving messages and have not gotten once single response! It has been 10 weeks since I last met with her to make a couple of small corrections to my living trust. She said it would be done in 4 weeks and I still have not heard a word! Very nice office staff but terribly dissappointed!
Jenifer is a wonderful person. I can’t say enough great things about her caring and compassionate personality. Me and my wife could not have gotten through our lose without her. If you need an exceptional attorney you couldn’t do any better anywhere else. 10 stars for this wonderful attorney and her equally wonderful staff.
