this attorney was completely usless in defending me as a 4th dui case in 10yrs. The CHP police report stated I was doing 96 mph on the freeway which is a false statement. I religiously use my cruise control and was using it on the night I was arrested for a dui. I was held down by force by two officers to take my blood. Mr Stotter stated to me that he would keep me out of prison which was a not true. I was sentenced to 2 years in state prison, back in 2010. My Stotter was useless in my case!! Mr Stotter did not, proceed in my case with a complete investigation of the details of my charges. Best you find a good attorney who can represent you further!!
