I could not be more disappointed in the Service and legal advice that my family and I received from Zach Whitman. First, the terrible power of attorney he drafted was rejected by every financial institution we approached. It started from the beginning. He was 30 minutes late in arriving for a schedule appointment with my family member who is residing in a skilled nursing facility at the time. He didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell her that he was running late. Additionally, there is a 2 to 3 day lag time between you’re reaching out to him and him returning your call and or text. His voicemail box is generally full and you’re not able to leave a message. Additionally, I found him somewhat arrogant, and condescending. I’m quite sure there are other attorneys out there with better customer service skills, and more precise legal expertise. Referral partners be advised.
Working with Natalie on our Trust was a dream! We knew nothing going into this process, so she answered all our questions, and we left so much more informed and confident in our future plans. I never thought I’d say working with a lawyer would be fun, but my wife and I both agree when we say working with Natalie absolutely was.
