It was a complete waste of time. I was very specific about my needing a private office with flexibility and availability in the downtown location. The man II spoke with on the phone said it was busy but when I requested he look at the schedule to see what was available that week, he said there was availability. When I arrived for my appt tour, the woman didn’t even know I had an appt., said the location was full and said Ithat the Page Mill location would be great which I had specifically said I didn’t want when I spoke on the phone. Complete waste of time.
Very disappointing experience. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive.
Regus Palo Alto is amazing! The front desk staff are like a ray of sunshine and are always willing to go above and beyond to help the tenants of the offices. Thank you for everything you do!
