I am called to share this review so that my people will be blessed with a smooth process with a caring lawyer at their side. I’ve been “working ” with this firm since before 2020. yet with little to show for it. I’m embarrassed to say I have receiver better care and general customer care at any MacDonalds I’ve ever stepped into. off the bat communication was flawed to a degree I never thought a firm possible. paralegal Jackie would somehow “miss” my email over the span of literally weeks. it got to a point I had to send in almost 50 repetitive emails narrowed down to. Hello? getting my emails? what’s going on? the no response continued, i call her and the audacity and disrespect to tell me, “My husband told her not to speak to me” the applicant. the boundaries crossed within those two minutes of having her on the phone was absolutely embarrassing. Lorann, the manager had to then take over my case, only to receive zero recognition or apology or anything warm and professional regarding maria. as time goes i schedule a call with Gary, after they had advised me that renewing my daca was unnecessary. Gary continues to tell me on the phone that i hope not to get killed or raped while out in Mexico. Lorann the manager never showed not a small ounce of care towards my case. the process was not completed to this day. i am baffled, embarrassed, and whish i could say i had a five review as those below. I’d advise to use a lawyer whose warmth and sincerity is felt on the initial consultation, this money hungry, cold, and degrading firm has been wasteful to both my time, money, and a hit to my emotional life and well-being for me and my family.
