DO NOT hire this man to represent you in any capacity. I hired him for a child custody case in June of ‘23 and he completely screwed me and my children over. He never wanted to get a game plan going or go over anything. He had told me repeatedly that I would be victorious in my legal battle with the amount of documentation and evidence I had, only to roll over at the last minute DURING COURT when opposing counsel met with him in private for over 3 hours while I waited outside the conference room. He told me it was in my best interest to settle out of court and that I wouldn’t like the outcome in with the judge. Completely the opposite of what he had told me for months after seeing my evidence when I first hired him. He also agreed to a custody schedule with opposing counsel that I did not agree to, then tried to tell me “It’s ok, we can change it later”. (No i can’t!) He told me he would charge me $200 an hour then sent me a bill and said he never said that and charged me $400+. He charged me for things twice and even had the same court appearance on the bill twice with 2 different amounts and different hours charged. He is a complete crook. After hiring him he made sexual comments to me and tried to engage in text conversation at night with me, having nothing to do with court. He talked about women wanting to sleep with him and husbands accusing him of sleeping with their wives. Most of which I don’t even believe. He was a complete creep and took advantage of me being a single mom. I would have fired him but I had no money to hire someone else as it was all tied up in my retainer with him. I was finally able to get money for a new attorney to try to help me clean up the mess this man made of mine and my children’s lives. My children are now in an unsafe situation because this man is completely incompetent and too lazy to go to trial. There is not an honest bone in that man’s body. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
