Mr. Fascenelli is the best attorney, he is always available to answer any questions I might have, made sure I was always comfortable before making a court appearance, and he did exactly what he advertises, No More Jail time! He works for his client not the state and made the difference between private attorney and court appointed. So if you question “should I hire an attorney?” The answer is YES, YES YES. “Should I hire Mr. Fascenelli?” The answer is “YES” His rates are reasonable and it was/is the difference between going to jail and not going to jail, at least in my case.
