The worst people to get to help you, the supervisior cused me out and hung up on me because I told them a mistake they made and he decided to deny me his name and says his the supervisior attorney he has all the power and there is nothing I can do and hung up on me . I want to file a grievance on him but when I call they say I can’t do nothing. That’s wrong we turn to you guys for help not for bad treatment.
This has been one of my first experiences having to deal with something legal. I was educated and was never in the dark about anything. Ronald and his team have been on it hands down.
