Had an phone call appointment set up for Saturday, May 7th 2022 to discuss arranging a living trust and a prenuptial agreement. I was told that they would do the appointment on Saturday to accommodate mine and my partners schedule because we both work and are not available at the same time on weekdays during regular work hours. I had plans for that day, on Saturday, as it was my birthday. I waited and waited for a call, and pushed back my plans for the day, but no one ever called, apparently they forgot about the appointment, or just didn’t care. I tried calling the office a few times during the following week, no one would answer, so I left a message inquiring about the appointment the attorney missed, and to see about rescheduling, but to this day (June 8th 2022), I’ve been ignored, and no one has taken the time to call me back. I was referred here by a family member so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I’d say they are very unprofessional, and I would seek an attorney elsewhere. Who wants an attorney that you can’t get ahold of, and won’t call you back, managing your trust or will?????
