My case is finally over, but not without lack of communication from Megan and especially Deborah. It took weeks to get an answer to every question that I had, if I even got a response at all. I didn’t even know that my case was settled until I received the check in the mail, not a single word from anyone letting me know that it was done. I do appreciate them taking my case, however I unfortunately would not recommend them unless you have plenty of time on your hands to wait for questions to be answered and for things to get done.
