This is a terrible company. They don’t communicate, and if you ask for an amendment, they won’t do it, drag their feet, be rude on the phone. Don’t let your elderly parents use them, they might die before anything gets done.- After the reply below, here is my response. The company called my mother and promised a response to her amendment within a week. To date, there has still been no response. Numerous calls to the office by my mother (their client) have not been returned. They do not do the work they promise. Zero stars is a better option.
