The administrator sent the settlement check to an old address and failed to make any effort to contact me, despite having my phone number. While I’m glad the funds were at least donated to charity, this situation has caused significant complications.
Bell and the rest of the lawyers here do not fight for anything. Don’t waste your time with the people here. Go elsewhere. They will ignore your emails and calls then have an excuse two years later. Worst lawyers in California. They also let the defendant control them along with the court.
