Please do not go to the firm if you’re looking for a Lemon Law Attorney. Maria the paralegal had me come in a year and a half ago. I gave her all the service records for my Range Rover. Months go by she did not contact me after repeated calls, I went into the office and she told me that she never had me sign the retainer. So here we are a year later and she’s dealing with corporate. She was very poor at following up and communicating with me And when she did communicate it was through long email messages which could’ve been handled in a single call. Land Rover Corporate apparently walked all over her and initially retracted any deal they had. Never once did I talk to the attorney. Here we are today I get a second opinion for the another Lemon Law and they said that your attorney failed to file within the statute of limitations, which pretty much basically destroyed my case. She did not advise me that trying to negotiate a With Corporate eventually would cost me a lot more by not filing. And lastly, she sends a letter and says go find another attorney After the damage has already been done by that firm Fortunately, I’m dealing with Corporate myself and it’s much better and I could’ve prevented a lot of the headaches with thus firm. They need to get a new paralegal or maybe she’s going through some stuff and needs to take family leave
